At FragFlex, we want you to feel confident in your signature scent; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer 30-day returns on all eligible beauty and fragrance products. Items must be returned in their original, unopened packaging to ensure hygiene and safety standards are maintained.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your FragFlex account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.

  Pack with Care

  Securely place the fragrance in its original box and use the protective shipping materials provided to prevent glass breakage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label sent to your email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring any old shipping barcodes are covered.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned item, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
